You monitor the production process, analyse deviations, and make sure the plant runs safely, efficiently, and reliably. Good pay, a 5-shift system, and room to grow make this a solid step for experienced operators in the process industry.

As a Process Operator Chemistry, you are responsible for running the production process safely and stably. You combine control room work with field checks and play an important role in process optimisation.

What you'll do

• Operate, monitor, and adjust production processes from the control room
• Monitor process parameters using automated systems
• Carry out rounds and inspections on the production floor
• Detect, analyse, and solve process deviations and failures
• Perform quality checks and process measurements
• Start up, shut down, and secure installations
• Carry out first-level maintenance and minor technical work
• Write clear reports and shift handover records
• Take part in improvements in safety, quality, and efficiency

You work closely with other operators, the maintenance department, and other technical specialists. Your process knowledge and technical instinct directly contribute to the reliability of the production process.

What we ask

We are looking for an experienced process operator who takes responsibility and is comfortable working in a complex industrial environment.

You have

• A completed education in process technology, such as VAPRO B, VAPRO C, AOT, MTS Procestechniek, or equivalent
• Experience as a process operator in industry
• Technical ability and the skill to analyse processes
• Experience with automated process controllers
• A strong focus on safety and quality
• An independent, proactive, and precise way of working
• Willingness to work in a 5-shift system

Experience in the chemical industry is a plus. Operators from other process environments, such as energy, food, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing, with a solid technical background are also considered.
