About the job
You work in a 5-shift rotation and together with your colleagues you are a key part of the production process. Safety, quality and continuous production are the priority every shift. No two days are the same: you monitor different processes and installations, and when something needs attention, you act right away.
What you'll do
- Operate and adjust various production installations
- Continuously monitor process parameters
- Supervise processes from the control room: track process values, assess deviations and adjust settings to keep the process stable
- Carry out inspection rounds of the installations on site
- Perform inspections and check that equipment is working correctly
- Identify, investigate and report process deviations
- Carry out process and quality checks
- Independently resolve first-level faults
- Prepare and support maintenance work
- Suggest ideas to improve processes and working methods
What we ask
- VAPRO B, VAPRO C or AOT diploma (Dutch vocational qualifications for process operators)
- Work experience as a process operator, chemical operator or in a similar role
- Technical knowledge and experience with process and production installations
- A strong sense of safety and quality
- You work independently, carefully and proactively
- Good command of Dutch
- A driving licence and your own transport, because of the shift work

- Gross hourly rate from €28.72 to €34.34, including a shift allowance of 28.5%
- Direct contract with the client company (opdrachtgever)
