Process Operator Soy Sauce

About the job

As a Process Operator you are responsible for running and monitoring the production process on one of the production lines. You set up installations, check process parameters and act when the process moves outside the required values. You work with complex production installations and keep safety, quality and hygiene in order at all times.

What you'll do

• Set up, operate and monitor production installations.
• Monitor process parameters and adjust installations when needed.
• Detect and assess process deviations and take the right corrective action.
• Handle first-line troubleshooting.
• Carry out visual checks on quality, safety and hygiene.
• Take part in improvement projects in the production area.
• Work together with colleagues during your shift and share responsibility for a stable, high-quality production process.

What we ask

• A completed relevant mbo 3 qualification, for example Process Operator B. Mbo is the Dutch system for vocational education, roughly comparable to a trade or technical diploma.
• Minimum mbo 2, for example Process Operator A.
• Available to work a 2-shift, (rotating) 3-shift or 4-shift schedule.
• Good command of Dutch.
• Experience in the food industry is a plus, but not required.
• Interest in technology and automated production processes.

What we offer

• Full time, 38 hours per week.
• Gross monthly salary from €3,230 to €4,757, including shift allowance, depending on experience and education.
• Shift allowance: 30.2% for 4-shift, 20.6% for 3-shift and 12.4% for 2-shift schedules.
• Contribution-free pension (premievrij pensioen: the employer covers the full pension contribution).
• Annual bonus of 6%.
• Travel cost reimbursement of €0.23 per kilometre.
