Process Operator (5-shift rotation)

About the job

As a process operator, you and your team are responsible for producing high-quality carbon products, such as carbon black and fine powder. These products are used in many industries around the world. You work in a 5-shift rotation and operate in a modern, technically demanding production process every day.

What you'll do

• Operate and adjust process installations, both on the floor and from the control room
• Change over, clean and prepare installation parts
• Unload and dose raw materials and auxiliary materials
• Measure silo levels and check processing speeds
• Take samples and carry out simple quality measurements
• Support fault-finding and handle first-line issues
• Assist the technical department with maintenance work
• Take an active part in improvements related to safety, quality and efficiency

What we ask

• Completed MBO-4 (Dutch vocational qualification, level 4) in process technology, VAPRO C or MBO4 AOT
• Interest in technology and a proactive attitude
• Experience in a production environment is a plus, but motivated candidates without experience are also welcome to apply
• Good teamwork, a focus on quality and a hands-on mentality

• Attractive pay up to €4,600 gross per month, including a shift allowance of 28.5%
• A one-year contract with the prospect of permanent employment
• A 13th month's salary, travel cost reimbursement of €0.23 per km and 24 days of annual leave
