Production Operator

About the job

Do you want a job where no two days are the same and you have real influence on how production runs? Then this might be the right role for you. As a production operator, you make sure the production process runs smoothly and safely.

What you'll do

• Operate and monitor mixing and packaging lines
• Control and monitor the production process from the operator room
• Support daily production planning
• Enter production data and handle administrative tasks
• Process raw materials into semi-finished products
• Carry out preparation and support work
• Load and unload raw materials and products using a forklift or shovel (a type of wheeled front loader)
• Do minor repairs and cleaning work on machines
• Check and adjust installations to keep production running well

What we ask

• A background or thinking level at MBO (Dutch secondary vocational education) level
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly
• A proactive attitude and willingness to think about improvements
• Technical skills and practical thinking
• Flexibility with different tasks and varying working hours
• A forklift and/or shovel certificate, or willingness to get one

What we offer

• A salary of €17.70 to €25.00 gross per hour, depending on age, experience, and the applicable CAO (CAO is a Dutch collective labour agreement that sets terms like pay scales and working conditions)
• Opportunities to grow, including getting certificates
• A chance at a permanent contract if you perform well
• Full time, 40 hours per week
