Process Operator (5-shift)
About the job
You keep the process running reliably.
As a process operator, you carry real responsibility on the production floor. Your job is to keep production safe and stable. With your technical knowledge, you spot deviations quickly and know when to step in.
What you'll do
- Start and stop production installations following set procedures.
- Monitor and adjust the production process.
- Check process values, installations and production data.
- Detect deviations before they affect safety, quality or output.
- Intervene during process disturbances and support fault-finding.
- Carry out checks in line with safety regulations.
- Help improve the process to make it safer and more efficient.
- Hand over important information to colleagues at shift changes.
During your shift, you know exactly what is happening in the process. You notice a value drifting or an installation behaving differently than usual? You act straight away. That is how you prevent downtime and keep production reliable together with your team.

- Gross monthly salary of €4,000 to €5,200.
- Shift allowance of 30% on top of your base salary.
- Pension accrual from your first day.

We are looking for a process operator who can work independently, takes responsibility and feels at home in a production environment.
We ask
- A completed technical education at mbo 3 level or higher (Dutch vocational qualification).
- At least three years of work experience in the process or manufacturing industry.
- A technical mindset and interest in production processes.
- A hands-on and independent approach to work.
- A good command of Dutch.
- Enough English to understand work instructions.
- The ability to stay calm during faults or process deviations.
- Willingness to work a 5-shift schedule.
