Process Operator

About the job

You work as a process operator at a production plant in Oosterhout. You operate installations, check product quality, and keep the production process running smoothly.

What you'll do

• Operate, set up, and changeover production equipment
• Check products against quality and food safety standards
• Detect and fix faults and deviations in the process
• Carry out maintenance and cleaning of equipment
• Record production data and suggest improvements

What we ask

• Experience in a technical or process-based production environment
• Good command of Dutch
• Available for permanent 2-shift work

Employment conditions

• Salary from €3,350 gross per month, including shift allowance (depending on experience)
• Travel costs reimbursed at €0.23 per kilometre
• 25 holidays per year
• Vakantiegeld (holiday pay, a Dutch statutory bonus) of 8% of your salary
• Option to get certificates: forklift, BHV (company emergency response), Operator A or B
• Choose weekly or 4-weekly pay
• Fixed schedule, stable team
