Production / Packaging Operator

About the job

As a packaging operator in Olst, you work directly in the production of medicines that improve people's health around the world. You work in a place where quality and safety come first. Together with your team, you make sure the production process runs smoothly and meets the highest standards.

What you'll do

• Operate and monitor machines according to set procedures.
• Fix simple faults to keep the process running.
• Clean and maintain machines and workstations according to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) requirements.
• Make sure raw materials are delivered on time and waste is removed.
• Take samples and carry out quality checks according to current standards.

What we ask

• At least MBO 1 level education, preferably in a technical field.
• Willing to work in a 5-shift rotation.
• Interest in technology and a desire to learn and grow.
• Good command of Dutch.
• Flexible, quality-aware, and precise in your work.

What we offer

• Gross pay between €24.00 and €30.60 per hour.
• Permanent contract.
• Full-time position with an average of 34 hours per week.
• Travel costs reimbursed.
• Shift allowance of 31.5% and holiday pay (vakantiegeld, a mandatory annual bonus of 8.33% on top of your wage) of 8.33%.

• Employment conditions equal to those of staff working directly for the client. This means that in addition to the hourly rate, the number of days off, allowances, ADV pay (ADV, reduced working hours compensation agreed in the collective labour agreement) and other pay components are all part of the package.
