Process Operator

About the job

As a process operator, you make sure the production lines run without problems. You monitor the process, fix small issues, and check that products meet quality standards. You work a 5-shift rotation.

What you'll do

• Operate and set up production equipment
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments when needed
• Carry out quality checks
• Change over machines when switching products
• Fix minor faults
• Work together with the Technical Department
• Hand over your shift properly to the next team

What we ask

• Interest in technology and production machines and processes
• Experience as an operator or in a similar technical role is a plus
• MBO level 2 (Dutch vocational qualification) or a comparable level of knowledge
• Good Dutch, both spoken and written
• English is a plus
• You can work independently, take responsibility, and think in solutions
• You like working in a team and can function well in one
• Flexible and willing to work a 5-shift rotation
• Able to provide a valid VOG (Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag, a Dutch certificate of good conduct)

• A direct one-year contract with the employer
• Gross salary between €3,225 and €3,800 per month, including shift allowance
• 25 days of annual leave and 8% vakantiegeld (holiday pay, a mandatory extra payment in the Netherlands)
