Production Process Operator

About the job

Do you like physical work and want to monitor and run the production process at a large animal feed company? This internationally operating company produces high-quality animal feed every day. You will contribute by controlling the production process. Part of the work is done from the control room. You also carry out supporting tasks such as production planning and operating cranes. Maintenance and other service work are part of the job too. Your goal is to keep both the quantity and quality of products as high as possible.

What you'll do

• Keep the production process running well from the control room and carry out supporting tasks
• Suggest improvements to the production process
• Monitor that all work is carried out safely
• Make sure machines are operated and maintained correctly

What we ask

We are looking for a process operator who is eager, willing to learn and likes to get things done. We also ask:

• At least a completed MBO (Dutch vocational education) level 2 or 3, preferably in process technology
• Experience in a similar role
• An interest in technology

• A gross base salary of €3,741 to €4,300 per month
• A 3-shift allowance of 30.1%
• An annual bonus of 4%
• 25 days of leave based on a 40-hour week
• A working week of 38 hours
• Travel allowance of €0.21 per kilometre
