Production Process Operator

About the job

As a process operator, you make sure production runs safely, smoothly, and on schedule. You work independently and combine process monitoring with technical tasks and quality control.

What you'll do

• Prepare production lines and installations for production.
• Start up machines and processes on your own.
• Monitor process parameters and make adjustments when needed.
• Set up machines and equipment correctly.
• Carry out checks and measurements during the process.
• Spot and investigate deviations early.
• Analyse and fix minor technical faults.
• Check and test installations after maintenance work.
• Work together with operators and colleagues from the technical department.
• Follow clear safety and quality procedures.
• Contribute ideas to improve the production process.

What we ask

• Technical education at MBO level (vocational secondary education), preferably in process technology.
• Experience as an operator, machine operator, or process operator.
• Technical understanding of machines and production processes.
• Experience monitoring and adjusting processes.
• Precise, quality-focused way of working.
• Willingness to work the day shift.
• Good command of Dutch.
