About the job

As a production process operator, you are responsible for operating and monitoring the production process. You keep a clear overview, spot deviations, and work with your colleagues to keep the workplace safe and running smoothly.

What you'll do

• You operate and control production installations.
• You monitor the production process and detect deviations from the norm.
• You carry out quality checks.
• You help with troubleshooting technical faults.
• You keep the workplace safe and tidy.
• You share ideas to improve the production process.
• You work with colleagues to keep production running without disruption.

What we ask

• A completed technical MBO education, VAPRO B preferred.
• Technical ability and accuracy in your work.
• Ability to work both on your own and in a team.
• Willingness to work in a 5-shift rotation.
• A hands-on attitude and willingness to work together.
• Openness to further development in the technical field.
