Production Operator

About the job

As a production operator, you make sure the production line runs safely and smoothly throughout your shift. Together with your team, you keep everything under control and act when something needs correcting.

What you'll do

• Set up, operate and monitor production lines
• Adjust machine settings when the process requires it
• Record and check production data
• Make sure materials are available on time
• Spot and fix minor faults yourself
• Report bigger technical problems
• Carry out cleaning tasks and minor maintenance
• Follow quality, safety and hygiene standards
• Share ideas for improving the production process

What we ask

• Thinking and working at MBO level (Dutch intermediate vocational education) or equivalent
• Experience as an operator in a production environment
• A technical mindset and interest in machinery
• Willing to work in a 3-shift rotation
• Accurate and aware of workplace safety
• Good command of Dutch
• Motivated to develop further in process technology
• Experience in food or process production is a plus
