Production Operator – 2 Shifts

About the job

You will join a close team where colleagues help each other. During your onboarding you will have a dedicated buddy who will walk you through every task step by step.

What you'll do

• Operate and monitor the cutting line to keep production running smoothly
• Carry out quality checks and follow HACCP (food safety) standards
• Fix basic faults yourself or work with a technician to solve them
• Share ideas for improvements and keep the production process running well

What we ask

• Knowledge of HACCP principles, or willingness to learn them
• Ability to solve basic technical problems on your own
• Available to work a two-shift schedule

What we offer

• Two shifts: morning shift 06:00-14:30, afternoon shift 14:30-23:00
• Option to work Saturdays at 150% of your base rate
• A dedicated buddy during your onboarding period
