A role where you grow by doing.

As an Operator at BIC Proteins, you learn step by step how to run installations and manage processes on your own. No two days are the same. You operate installations, carry out checks, and respond to breakdowns. Technical work and teamwork are at the heart of the job.

You work a 5-shift rotation with start times at 07:00, 15:00, and 23:00. In the first months, you follow a training programme. You get close guidance so you can get a solid grip on all the processes.

What you'll do

• Operate and monitor installations according to the right procedures
• Connect and disconnect trucks, load and unload
• Spot, analyse, and fix breakdowns
• Inspect and maintain pipelines and technical installations
• Share ideas for improvements in the process
• Do cleaning work according to hygiene guidelines
• Climb stairs a lot during the day: physical work is no problem for you
• Communicate with drivers and colleagues in Dutch

What we ask

• You have a technical sense and a real hands-on attitude
• You speak Dutch well enough to communicate on the work floor
• You are physically fit and can handle stairs and active work without difficulty
• You are happy to learn on the job and you work carefully
• Experience as an operator is a plus, but not required
• You see teamwork and helping each other as a matter of course
