Production Operator

About the job

As an operator in Alkmaar, you are responsible for keeping the production process running correctly. You work in a 2-shift system and make sure, together with your colleagues, that the machines keep running.

What you'll do

• Operating, setting up and monitoring production machines.
• Watching over the production process and product quality.
• Spotting and fixing minor faults.
• Supporting colleagues during production.
• Keeping the workplace clean and safe.
• Sharing ideas to improve the production process.

What we ask

• A diploma or thinking level at MBO (preferably level 2 or 3).
• A technical mindset or experience in a production environment.
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system.
• Accuracy and attention to safety.
• Ability to work in a team and willingness to take responsibility.
