About the job

As a Production Operator B, you carry out daily production tasks following set procedures. You work in a strictly regulated pharmaceutical environment with clear instructions, transparent quality standards, and a professional team.

What you'll do

  • Carry out and support pharmaceutical production processes
  • Process blood plasma and related intermediate products
  • Perform routine production tasks following established procedures
  • Monitor the production process to keep it safe, hygienic, and reliable
  • Detect and report deviations or operational problems on time
  • Record completed tasks accurately in logbooks, forms, and digital systems
  • Clean equipment and production areas according to approved protocols
  • Support inventory management and the internal flow of materials
  • Work in line with applicable GMP, GxP, quality, and safety guidelines
  • Report and escalate quality or compliance issues

Together with your colleagues, you make sure every production step is done carefully. At the end of your shift, you know that your attention to detail has contributed to a safe process and a reliable pharmaceutical product.

What we ask

  • Education or thinking level equivalent to MBO 2 (basic Dutch vocational qualification)
  • At least one year of experience in a production environment
  • Familiarity with GMP guidelines
  • Good administrative and documentation skills
  • A quality-focused mindset and awareness of safety rules
  • Attention to detail and discipline in following procedures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good command of Dutch and English, spoken and written
  • Willingness to work a 3-shift schedule
  • Experience in pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, medical devices, or food is a plus
