**About the job**
At this modern production site, you operate an advanced production process where coffee is roasted, extracted, concentrated and spray-dried. From the control room and on the shop floor, you monitor the process and make sure that millions of cups of coffee meet the highest quality standards every day.
**What you'll do**
- Operate, monitor and adjust complex production processes from the control room and on the shop floor
- Carry out inspection rounds and analyse process deviations and first-line faults
- Check process and quality data and take samples
- Take an active part in process improvement and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) projects
- Work according to the highest standards for quality, safety and hygiene
**What we ask**
We are looking for a process operator who enjoys working with complex installations and gets energy from optimising processes. We also ask:
- A completed mbo (Dutch vocational education) level 3 or 4 diploma in process technology, VAPRO or similar
- Experience as a process operator in the process industry or food industry
- Interest in automated process installations and control systems
- A proactive attitude and attention to quality and safety
- Willingness to work a 5-shift schedule

- Gross annual salary up to €75,000
- Full 13th month and 8.33% vakantiegeld (holiday allowance paid on top of your salary)
