Senior Process Operator

**About the job**

You work at one of the most advanced coffee factories in Europe. You control complex production processes where coffee is extracted, concentrated, evaporated and finally spray-dried into a finished product. You monitor the whole process from the control room and on the floor, and you keep quality consistent. You carry a lot of responsibility and play an important role in optimising installations and processes.

**What you'll do**

• Operate, monitor and adjust complex production processes from the control room and on the floor
• Carry out inspection rounds and analyse process deviations and first-level faults
• Take samples and check process and quality data
• Actively take part in process improvements and in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and improvement projects
• Work according to the highest standards for quality, safety and hygiene

**What we ask**

You are a process operator who enjoys working with complex installations and gets energy from optimising processes. You also have:

• A completed vocational qualification (mbo 3 or 4, Dutch vocational education levels) in process technology, VAPRO (Dutch process operator qualification) or a related field
• Experience as a process operator in a complex production environment
• An interest in automated processes and control systems (knowledge of SCADA/MES is a plus)
• A mindset focused on improvements and a willingness to take responsibility
• The ability to work in a 5-shift rotation system
