About the job
As a process operator, you keep things running and under control in a modern, fully automated factory. From the control room, you watch the entire production line.
What you'll do
- Monitor and control the full production process
- Do inspection rounds and check equipment for performance and safety
- Troubleshoot faults and report process deviations
- Work with process and measuring equipment to carry out quality checks
- Keep the workplace clean and organised
What we ask
We are looking for someone who understands technology, can take responsibility, and likes working in a fast-moving production environment. You don't need to know everything, but you should have a solid base and be able to react quickly when the process demands it.
What you bring as a process operator
- Experience as a process operator or in a similar role
- Willingness to work a three-shift schedule
- A technical mindset and interest in automated production processes
- Ability to recognise faults and act logically
- Attention to safety, quality, and order in the workplace
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well with colleagues

- Gross monthly salary from €3,600 to €4,300, including shift allowance
- 8.33% vakantiegeld (holiday pay, a statutory Dutch bonus paid once a year)
- 4% annual bonus
