Process Operator C

Salary: €2,800 – €2,900 per month

As a Process Operator C, you carry out pharmaceutical production work following fixed protocols. You work carefully, focus on quality, and make sure everything is recorded correctly.

## What you'll do

• Support daily production processes with blood plasma and intermediate products
• Carry out simple and routine production tasks
• Detect and report deviations, failures, or unsafe situations in time
• Complete and maintain logbooks, forms, and production records
• Work according to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), GxP, hygiene, and safety rules
• Clean equipment and production areas following fixed instructions
• Record completed cleaning work
• Top up and check stock levels
• Support warehouse and workplace management
• Take part in mandatory GxP training
• Escalate quality or GxP issues when needed

## What we ask

We are looking for someone who likes hands-on work and takes responsibility. You do not need to know everything from day one, but you do need to be precise and quality-aware.

• Thinking and working level of MBO 2 (Dutch vocational education, level 2)
• At least 1 year of experience in similar work
• Experience as a production worker, operator, or manufacturing employee
• Experience in pharma, food, cosmetics, medical devices, or another regulated production environment is a plus
• Basic knowledge of GMP, or a willingness to learn
• Good documentation skills
• Risk awareness and attention to quality
• Accuracy, alertness, and hygiene awareness
• Good teamwork and clear communication
• Good command of Dutch and English, spoken and written
• Willing to work in a 2-shift or 3-shift schedule
