Food Packaging Operator
About the job
As a Packaging Operator, you are responsible for an important part of the packaging process. You make sure that high-quality food products are packed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
What you'll do
- Operate, set up, and change over different packaging machines
- Monitor the packaging process and adjust machine settings
- Fix first-level faults and prevent production losses
- Carry out quality checks and take product samples
- Perform first-level maintenance on machines
- Record production data and actively contribute to process improvements
- Together with your colleagues, you keep the packaging line running safely, efficiently, and with as little downtime as possible
What we ask
- Completed education or working and thinking level of mbo 3 (Dutch vocational education, level 3)
- Experience as an operator in a production environment
- A completed VAPRO B course (Dutch process technology qualification) or a technical background is a plus
- You work accurately and have a good eye for quality and food safety
- You are technically minded and can solve faults independently
- You are available to work in a 5-shift system

- Good pay: from €3,809 to €4,733 gross per month, including shift allowance
