Production Operator at a Cheese Dairy

## About the job

As a production operator at a cheese dairy, you keep the production process running smoothly. You work in a modern facility on a 4-shift schedule and have a real chance to learn the trade from the ground up.

## What you'll do

• Operate and monitor automated production lines
• Monitor the production process and carry out quality measurements
• Detect and fix faults on your own
• Carry out first-level maintenance and cleaning tasks
• Suggest improvements in safety, efficiency, and quality
• Work together with operators, technicians, and the shift supervisor

## What we ask

• A completed MBO level 3 education (Dutch vocational qualification, level 3), preferably in food technology or process technology
• A technical mindset and interest in production processes
• Good computer skills
• Ability to work independently and carefully
• Good communication skills

## What we offer

• Salary in line with the Zuivel CAO (CAO is a collective labour agreement; Zuivel covers the dairy sector), between €3,500 and €4,800 gross per month
• Year-end bonus of 5%
• Travel cost reimbursement of €0.23 per km
• 25 days of annual leave
• A structured training programme leading to the title of all-round cheese maker
