Process Operator

About the job

As a process operator, you play an important role in making high-quality resins and coatings. You work in a modern factory where exothermic processes run in several reactors. This is a shift role in a 5-shift rotation. You operate installations, monitor processes, and keep the workplace safe, clean, and efficient. Some tasks you do from the control room, some directly at the installations. No two days are the same.

What you'll do

• Operate, check, and adjust production installations according to process instructions and recipes
• Spot quality deviations and correct them yourself within allowed parameters
• Fix technical and process breakdowns
• Take part in improvement activities and implementing changes

What we ask

• MBO diploma (Dutch vocational qualification, secondary level) or a VAPRO B certificate (Dutch process technology qualification)
• Valid forklift operator certificate
• Eye for quality, a problem-solving attitude, and ability to work independently

What we offer

• Gross salary up to €4,800 per month, including a 29.5% shift allowance
• 13th month salary, including the shift allowance
• Vakantiegeld (holiday pay) of 8.33%
