Terminal Operator

About the job

As a terminal operator, you are responsible for the operational processes at the terminal. You load and unload vegetable oils and fats, safely and according to the procedures.

What you'll do

• Load and unload ships, tankers, and containers
• Monitor the progress of work and safety during operations
• Detect faults and carry out simple repairs
• Process operational data and handle the required permits
• Support the organisation of work and follow procedures

What we ask

• Experience in logistics, at a terminal, or in the maritime sector (maritime experience is a plus)
• Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written
• A strong focus on safety, ability to work independently, and willingness to work as part of a team

What we offer

• Salary from €2,700 to €4,800 gross per month
• 25 days of holiday per year
