About the job
As a logistics worker at the client company in Sliedrecht, you play an important role in keeping the sorting process running smoothly. You work in a place where thousands of parcels are processed every day. It is an active job. You move around a lot and you work with care and precision.
What you'll do
- Sorting: placing parcels in the right spot for further processing
- Loading and unloading: loading and unloading trucks efficiently
- Scanning: registering and checking parcels with hand scanners
- Moving goods: transporting goods and parcels within the warehouse
- Keeping the workplace tidy: maintaining a clean and safe work environment
What we ask
- You live within 10 to 20 km of Prisma 50, Sliedrecht. This is a hard requirement
- You do not depend on public transport. You have your own way to get to work
- You are able to do physical work: lifting, standing, walking
- You are available for morning shifts and your schedule is flexible
- You speak Dutch or English
- You can work on your own and as part of a team
- You are reliable and you do what you say you will do
What we offer
- €14,99 gross per hour
- A temporary contract in a flexible form of employment
- Part-time work: 10 to 20 hours per week
- Allowances for morning shifts
- Travel costs reimbursed
- Good support during your onboarding period
- Employment conditions equal to those of workers employed directly by the client. This includes the number of days off, allowances, ADV pay (a Dutch scheme where extra hours are saved up as paid time off), and other pay components
