Packaging worker

About the job

You make sure that cheese products are packed on time and up to a high quality standard. The work takes place in a modern production facility in Kaatsheuvel. The atmosphere is relaxed and informal, and you work alongside colleagues from different countries.

What you'll do

• Pack cut pieces of cheese
• Place 15 kg blocks of cheese on the conveyor belt
• Check product quality
• Support colleagues on the production line
• Keep your workstation clean and tidy
• Report faults and irregularities

What we ask

• Available to work in a 2- or 3-shift system
• Available at least 3 days a week
• Dutch or English at B1 level or higher
• Able to do physical work, including lifting up to 15 kg
• Living near Kaatsheuvel or able to get there on your own

What we offer

• €16.31 gross per hour
• Evening and night shift supplements: 130% and 140%
• Prospect of a permanent contract
• 24 to 36 hours per week
• 8% vakantiegeld (holiday pay, paid on top of your hourly wage)
• 24 holiday days per year
• Same employment conditions as direct employees of the client, including hourly rate, days off, supplements, ADV (scheduled time off in lieu of extra hours worked), and all other pay components
