Production worker cheese packaging

About the job

You work as a production worker at a client company in Kaatsheuvel. Your main task is packaging high-quality cheese products. You work in an informal and multicultural team. The working language is Dutch or English. You make sure the cheese meets high quality standards. The work is physical and varied. You follow hygiene and safety rules. You work in shifts and you are willing to obtain internal certificates.

What you'll do

• Work on the production line: lifting, cutting, packaging and assembling cheese products according to quality standards
• Keep the workplace safe: follow hygiene rules and health and safety regulations
• Communicate and work together with colleagues in a diverse team
• Work in shifts: minimum 24 hours per week, from Monday morning to Friday night
• Possibility to move to other departments or grow into a line leader role

What we ask

• Willing to work in shifts (minimum 24 hours per week)
• Available at least 3 days in 3 shifts, or full-time in 2 shifts
• You can read and speak Dutch or English
• Physically fit for demanding work such as lifting and standing for long periods
• Willing to obtain internal certificates and follow hygiene rules

What we offer

• Hourly rate of €16.31 gross, with a shift supplement of 30% to 40% depending on the hours you work
• Temporary contract with the possibility of a permanent position
• Flexible hours: minimum 24 and maximum 36 hours per week in shifts
• Opportunities to grow, for example to line leader or other departments
• Access to internal training, including forklift, reach truck and EPT certificates, and a Dutch language course
• Travel costs reimbursed from 10 km one way
• Employment conditions equal to those of workers employed directly by the client company
