Aluminium Production Worker

About the job

As a metal production worker, you process aluminium parts using modern machines. You work independently, keep quality high, and make sure the production process runs smoothly.

What you'll do

• Operate a press brake, guillotine shear, or punching press on your own
• Set up and adjust machines for processing aluminium products
• Carry out quality checks on finished parts
• Read and interpret technical drawings
• Report deviations and suggest improvements
• Do minor repairs and maintenance on machines and tools

What we ask

• A completed technical education, preferably in metalworking
• Experience with bending, cutting, or punching is a plus
• Technical knowledge and an interest in metalworking
• Good command of Dutch, spoken and written
• Independent and proactive way of working
• Eye for quality and detail
• Able to work in a team and takes responsibility

• Salary from €2,800 to €3,900 gross per month, depending on knowledge and experience
• 25 holiday days and 13 ADV days (extra days off under the Dutch CAO, collective labour agreement) per year
