Concrete Production Worker

About the job

As a production worker in the concrete industry, you make sure that quality concrete products are made on time and to the right standards. You work with modern machines, check products, and keep the production process running smoothly. The client has been making concrete products for Dutch construction and infrastructure for many years. Think paving stones, pavement slabs, sewer pipes, and other products you see every day in cities, neighbourhoods, and on roads.

What you'll do

• Operate, set up, and change over production machines
• Drive a forklift and move products around
• Check, sort, and finish concrete products
• Work in a two-shift system: morning shift 05:30–14:15 and afternoon shift 14:00–22:40

What we ask

• Experience in concrete production is a plus
• Forklift certificate, or willingness to get one
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system
• Basic knowledge of safety and quality control
• Able to work on your own and as part of a team
• Accurate and careful, even when it gets busy

What we offer

• Salary from €2,813 to €3,267 gross per month, excluding shift allowance, based on a full-time 40-hour week
• 25 holiday days and 12 ADV days (extra days off agreed under the collective labour agreement) per year
• 8% vakantiegeld (holiday allowance, a mandatory extra payment of 8% of your annual gross salary)
• 3.5% year-end bonus
• Travel costs reimbursed at €0.25 per kilometre
