Production Worker – 5-Shift System

About the job

You work with production machines at a chemical plant in Hattem. You are part of a team of around 20 to 25 people. You keep quality high and make sure the production process runs without interruption.

What you'll do

• Operate, set up and monitor production machines
• Find and fix faults on your own or together with the technical department
• Carry out quality checks according to current standards and guidelines
• Make sure raw materials arrive on time and production plans are met
• Record production data and handle administrative tasks

What we ask

• Experience as a production worker or machine operator
• Dutch language skills are required because of health and safety instructions
• Willingness to work in a 5-shift system (6 days on, 4 days off) and availability for full-time hours. Certificates such as VCA (Dutch safety certificate for contractors) or forklift licence are a plus. The opportunity to obtain them is also welcome.

Shift system

You work a 5-shift rotation: 6 days on, then 4 days off. The pattern is 2 days morning/afternoon shift, 2 days afternoon/evening shift, 2 days night shift. Shift hours: 06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, 22:00–06:00.

What we offer

• Gross salary from €2,800 per month (depending on experience), with a target of €3,000 to €3,300 per month
