Production Preparation Worker

About the job

You get production ready before operators start their shift. This is a hands-on role where you take care of materials, tools and machine settings.

What you'll do

• Prepare production for sleeve machines, base machines and robots
• Manage printing cylinders, sleeves and print markings
• Work with the ink mixing system and manage inks and recipes
• Prepare and manage tools such as glue bowls and knives
• Check materials and tools and handle the administrative recording of preparation work

What we ask

• Dutch at a working level, spoken and written (required for safety and instructions)
• Accurate and organised, able to work independently and well with a team
• Experience in production or a preparation role is a plus

Employment conditions

• Starting salary €2,600 gross per month, with a first raise after six months
• 36-hour work week, day shift
• On Fridays you finish at 12:00
• Possibility to grow into an operator role or specialist positions
• Work at a company in Zwaag that produces packaging solutions and holds ISO-9001 certification
