Production Worker

About the job

You work in the production department for dough and pastry products. You operate production lines, monitor processes, and keep production running smoothly.

What you'll do

• You start up and operate the production line on your own.
• You monitor the production process and check product quality.
• You fix small faults or learn how to fix them.
• You make sure raw materials and products keep flowing to the line.
• You keep the line and your workstation clean, following food industry hygiene standards.

What we ask

• Willingness to learn how to operate machines, monitor processes, and handle small faults.
• Accuracy and attention to hygiene.
• Experience in a production environment is a plus. People from other industries are also welcome to apply.

Employment conditions

• Salary from €3,200 to €3,600 gross per month, depending on experience.
• Working hours: Monday to Thursday 08:30-18:00 (8.5 h), Friday 08:30-14:30 (6 h). Weekends off.
• Around public holidays, a two-shift schedule is possible.
• 26 days of holiday, with the option to buy 5 extra days.
• 8% vakantiegeld (holiday allowance, a Dutch statutory bonus paid on top of your salary) and a good pension plan.
• Travel costs reimbursed at €0.23 per kilometre.
• Annual bonus of up to 15% of your yearly salary (8% is guaranteed).
• Good chance of a permanent contract within 12 months.
