Pharmaceutical Production Worker

About the job

We are looking for a production worker for an international pharmaceutical company in Heerenveen. In this role, you take part in packing medicines that reach patients around the world every day. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is not required. You will learn everything during a detailed onboarding programme.

What you'll do

• Packing medicines by hand and by machine
• Operating packing machines
• Carrying out quality checks
• Checking the quantity and quality of products
• Recording production data in the system
• Keeping your work area clean and tidy
• Working according to strict hygiene and health and safety rules
• Working with colleagues to keep the production process running smoothly

Working hours

You work in a 2-shift system:

• Morning shift: 06:00 to 14:00
• Afternoon shift: 14:00 to 22:00

What we ask

• Full availability for the 2-shift system (06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00)
• Good command of Dutch
• Own transport or ability to get to Heerenveen independently
• Willingness to complete training in Heerenveen
• Attention to detail and a focus on quality
• Willingness to follow strict hygiene and health and safety rules

What we offer

• Gross hourly rate from €15.47 to €17.00, including allowances
• Temporary contract with the prospect of permanent employment
• Full time: 40 hours per week
• Vakantiegeld (holiday pay) of 8.33% and travel expense reimbursement
• Choice between weekly pay or pay every four weeks
