Metal Production Worker

About the job

You work in a metal workshop. You support the daily production of metal parts and semi-finished products. The company trains you internally. Step by step, you learn the job of CNC operator.

What you'll do

• Prepare workpieces for turning and milling
• Collect, measure and check materials
• Deburr, clean and finish parts
• Check products for quality and dimensions
• Pack and prepare products for shipment to customers

What we ask

• Good command of Dutch, spoken and written
• Experience in a production environment
• Strong motivation to learn the trade and grow further

Conditions

• Monday to Friday, 07:30–16:30
• Gross salary: €2,600–€2,700 per month
• 8% vakantiegeld (holiday allowance paid on top of your salary) and 25 days of leave
• Travel costs reimbursed from 10 km one way
• Paid weekly or every 4 weeks
• Good performance can lead to a direct contract with the employer after the temporary period
• Good pension according to the CAO Klein Metaal (collective labour agreement for the small metal industry)
• Free training courses available through Actief Werkt (staffing agency)
• Option to do a trial day before you start
