Production worker - shift work

About the job

You work on a production line in a 3-shift system. Your job is to pack food products according to quality and hygiene standards.

What you'll do

• Pack products according to current guidelines and quality standards
• Work on the production line at a steady pace with repetitive tasks
• Check packaging for quality and report any problems
• Follow strict hygiene and safety rules
• Work with the team to keep production running smoothly

What we ask

• Available to work in a 3-shift system with weekly rotation
• Accurate, motivated and able to work in a team
• Willing to do physical work, including standing for long periods

Employment conditions

• Gross hourly rate: €16.12, excluding shift allowance
• Shift allowance of 38% for hours between 18:00 and 07:00
• Part-time work: 16 to 32 hours per week
• Temporary contract with the possibility of a permanent position if you perform well
• Internal training and the opportunity to grow to (assistant) operator
• Clean and safe workplace, work clothing and personal protective equipment provided
• Employment conditions match those of directly employed staff, including days off, allowances and other pay components

Location: Sintjohannesga (near Heerenveen). Commuting is possible from Heerenveen, Sneek, Emmeloord, Wolvega, Leeuwarden and Drachten.
