Production Worker

About the job

You work in the production of meat products and ready-made meal ingredients for supermarkets. You operate production machines and make sure the process runs safely and at the right quality.

What you'll do

• Setting up and operating production machines
• Monitoring temperature, time and production quality
• Spotting errors and reporting or fixing them right away
• Keeping the workplace clean and safe according to HACCP standards

What we ask

• Experience in production is a plus, but not required. Motivation and commitment matter most
• Good command of Dutch
• Available to work a 2-shift schedule (morning shift 06:00/06:30–14:30/15:00, afternoon/evening shift 14:00/14:30–22:30/23:00)

Employment conditions

• Hourly rate: €15.05–€20.77 gross
• Average monthly salary: €2347–€2909 gross (36 hrs/week)
• Up to €3600 gross per month including shift allowance (40 hrs/week)
• Shift allowance of 31.5% after 18:00
• Hygiene allowance for every hour worked
• Travel costs reimbursed at €0.23 per km (from 10 km one way)
• 25 vacation days plus 8.33% vakantiegeld (holiday pay, a statutory Dutch bonus paid on top of your salary)
• 3.25% annual bonus
• Pension insurance
• Paid weekly or every 4 weeks
• Possibility of a permanent contract
• Opportunity to grow into an operator or team leader role
