About the job
You work at Designer Outlet Roermond and make sure the shopping centre is clean and well-kept every day. Together with the team, you give visitors a pleasant place to shop.
What you'll do
- Clean the toilets and sanitary areas
- Keep common areas and entrances clean
- Empty bins
- Keep the whole centre looking tidy
- Clean streets, covered walkways, and payment machines
- Help with various cleaning tasks around the site
You can work outside (grounds, streets) or inside (toilets, shared spaces). You and the team agree on what suits you.
Working hours: You work at Designer Outlet Roermond in one of the available shifts: 06:30-10:00, 10:00-14:30, or 14:30 until closing (between 19:00 and 21:00). You must be available Monday to Sunday, including weekends. The schedule is set together. You can work between 7 and 32 hours per week.
What we ask
- No cleaning experience needed, the client will train you on the job
- Flexible availability Monday to Sunday, including weekends
- A driving licence is a plus
- You are happy to work outside, in summer and in winter
- You speak Dutch or English
- You can work on your own, but you also work well in a team
- You pay attention to cleanliness and have a service-minded attitude
What we offer
- Starting rate of €15.52 gross per hour (from age 20)
- With experience, pay can go up to €17.05 gross per hour
- Weekly payment on Tuesdays, or every 4 weeks if you prefer
- 25 holiday days based on full-time hours
- 8.33% vakantiegeld (holiday allowance, a mandatory extra payment on top of your salary)
- Travel costs reimbursed from 10 km one way
