Metal Construction Fitter / MIG MAG Welder

**About the job**

You work on building, welding, assembling and finishing high-quality machines and steel structures used in the construction sector worldwide. The work takes place in a modern factory near Vaassen, Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 16:15.

**What you'll do**

• Read and carry out projects based on technical drawings
• Build and assemble frames, structures and machine components
• Perform MIG/MAG welds (minimum level 2)
• Process materials: cutting, drilling, grinding and finishing
• Assemble mechanical parts and hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Check quality and work in line with VCA safety rules (VCA is a Dutch safety certificate for construction and technical workplaces)

**What we ask**

• Proven experience as a metal construction fitter, welder or machine assembler
• MIG/MAG welding experience at minimum level 2
• Knowledge of metalworking (drilling, cutting, grinding) and the ability to read technical drawings
• VCA certificate, or willingness to obtain one in the short term

**What we offer**

• Gross salary from €2,750 to €4,250 per month, depending on experience
• 25 vacation days plus 13 extra ATV/ADV days (reduced working hours days)
• Travel cost reimbursement of €0.23 per kilometre
• Pay every week or every four weeks, your choice
