Metal Worker / Aluminium Finishing

About the job

The client is a high-tech specialist in machining, welding and assembly of large machine frames and vacuum chambers for the semiconductor, medical and defence industries. The company is part of a large international technology group and is based in 't Harde, between Harderwijk and Zwolle. We are looking for a metal worker to finish milled aluminium parts under high-precision conditions.

What you'll do

• Finishing milled aluminium parts: deburring, grinding, chamfering, polishing and cleaning
• Drilling and tapping
• Installing inserts such as helicoils
• Inspecting parts using technical drawings
• Preparing parts for assembly and cleanroom use
• Handling highly precise, scratch-sensitive components with care

What we ask

• Experience as a metal worker or metalworking operator; experience with aluminium is a plus
• Candidates with basic metalworking experience are welcome (entry at level 1)
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail and quality
• Ability to read technical drawings
• English (Dutch is a plus)
• EU passport or valid Dutch work permit
• Willingness to work in a 2- or 3-shift rotation

What we offer

• 2,769 – 3,973 EUR gross per month (full-time), depending on level and experience:

Level 1: 2,769 – 3,603 EUR gross/month

Level 2: 2,810 – 3,779 EUR gross/month

Level 3: 2,870 – 3,973 EUR gross/month
