Service Technician - Fitness Equipment

About the job

You work as a service technician for professional fitness equipment. You handle installation, maintenance, and repair of machines, both at a desk and in a workshop.

What you'll do

• You diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in fitness equipment and decide whether new parts are needed or a field technician should visit
• You plan the work of field technicians and prepare a clear action plan for them
• You independently investigate and fix faults in the workshop
• You work with the quality employee to create fault analyses
• You communicate with customers and carry out tasks according to set procedures and work instructions

What we ask

• Technical experience in a similar role, preferably in the fitness industry, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or mechanical engineering
• Ability to work with a computer and read technical drawings
• Very good Dutch and English, spoken and written (German is a plus)
