About the job
This is a field role. You drive to private customers and carry out maintenance on stairlifts that are already installed in their homes. You visit mainly elderly people and others who need support. You work on your own, Monday to Friday, day shifts only. You cover around 6 to 8 addresses a day.
What you'll do
- Carry out inspections and maintenance of stairlifts at private addresses
- Plan and drive your own route of around 6 to 8 addresses a day
- Service and maintenance work only, no emergency call-outs
- Work alongside an experienced technician for the first 4 weeks
- After that, manage your own route independently
- Opportunity to grow into a full service technician or installation technician role
What we ask
- You live near Den Haag, Delft, Zoetermeer or the surrounding area
- You are looking for a permanent full-time job
- Valid category B driving licence
- Technical understanding and hands-on technical experience, knowledge of mechanics and electrics (from a hobby is fine too)
- Presentable and able to communicate clearly with customers
- Able to obtain a VOG (Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag, a Dutch certificate of good conduct), cost is reimbursed by the employer
- VCA certificate (Dutch safety certificate for working on construction and industrial sites) or willing to obtain one, organised by the employer
What we offer
- Base salary of €3,474 gross per month (increases after permanent contract)
- ADV supplement (extra time-off entitlement paid out as a cash allowance) of 4.98% on top of base salary

- Overtime above 8 hours a day is paid at 125%
- Overtime above 10 hours a day is paid at 150%

- After permanent contract: 27 days holiday plus 13 ADV days, 40 days off in total per year
- Stock replenished overnight, no extra trips to collect supplies
