Injection Mould Maintenance Technician

About the job

You work as a maintenance technician and keep injection moulds and hot runner systems in good condition at a plastic packaging production facility. Your work directly affects production continuity and quality.

What you'll do

• You assemble and disassemble injection moulds and their components according to work instructions.
• You inspect moulds using measuring equipment and check tolerances down to 0.02 mm.
• You clean, lubricate and service moulds and report any faults you find.
• You carry out repairs and improvements on moulds and hot runner systems based on technical drawings.
• You take part in process improvement projects and in implementing solutions to prevent breakdowns.

What we ask

• Experience in assembling or maintaining mechanical equipment or injection moulds.
• Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools.
• You work accurately and well in a team in a busy production environment.
