All-round Maintenance Technician

You keep everything running.

As an All-round Maintenance Technician you make sure the installations work reliably, safely and efficiently. That means less downtime, more control and a smooth production process.

What you'll do

• Fix faults in PLC-controlled and mechanical installations
• Carry out preventive maintenance for maximum reliability
• Do inspections and spot problems early
• Adjust machines to improve performance
• Take part in improving processes and products
• Work on technical projects and new installations
• Supervise external contractors and check maintenance work
• Support production and give technical advice
• Work according to safety and environmental standards

Working hours

You work the day shift (07:30 - 16:00).

You are also on call once every 5 to 7 weeks. You get extra pay for this.

Employment conditions

Solid pay and real security.

• Salary from €3,245 to €3,936 gross per month
• Direct contract with the company (one-year contract with the prospect of a permanent position)
• 8% vakantiegeld (holiday allowance, paid once a year on top of your salary)
• 25 days holiday + 156 hours ADV (reduction of working hours, similar to extra days off) + an extra shift day
• Extra days off based on age from age 47
• Travel allowance (€0.23 per km)
• Fixed on-call allowance of €200 + extra pay for each call-out
• Profit sharing, you share in the company results

What we ask

You bring technical knowledge and a sense of responsibility.

• MBO 4 (Dutch vocational education, level 4) technical background
• Starter or experienced technician, both are welcome
• Knowledge of mechanics, with an interest in electrical engineering and PLC
• Available full-time (32 hours open for discussion)
• Hands-on approach and a problem-solving mindset
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to safety
• Team player with a practical and positive attitude
