Dairy Production Operator

About the job

You work as a Process Operator in a 5-shift rotation. You keep the production running, monitor the process, and make sure everything meets quality and hygiene standards.

What you'll do

• Start up, operate, and shut down installations.
• Monitor and adjust process parameters such as temperature, pressure, and flow.
• Take and analyse samples to check product quality.
• Detect and fix faults, and work with the technical department when needed.
• Clean and disinfect installations according to hygiene rules.
• Record process data and hand over to the next shift.

What we ask

• A completed technical education, for example VAPRO (a Dutch process operator qualification), WTB, or similar.
• Experience as an operator in food or dairy production is a plus, but not required.
• A hands-on and proactive attitude: you see what needs to be done and you do it.
• A strong sense of responsibility for safety and hygiene.
• Good teamwork, clear communication, and attention to quality.

• A salary of €4,100 to €4,970 gross per month, depending on experience.
• Vakantiegeld (holiday allowance, a mandatory Dutch bonus) of 8.33% and a year-end bonus of 5%.
