E&I Electrical Fitter

About the job

You work as an E&I electrical fitter on electrical, measurement and control installations. Every day is different. The work is varied and you work closely with others.

What you'll do

• Install lighting, power and measurement and control systems
• Work on control cabinets, automation systems, relay technology and PLC
• Inspect and calibrate instruments that measure temperature, pressure, flow, pH and conductivity
• Carry out preventive maintenance on installations according to the client's programme
• Diagnose faults, check and test technical installations according to applicable standards

What we ask

• A background or work experience in electrical engineering or a related field
• VCA certificate (Dutch safety certificate for working on industrial sites) or willingness to obtain one; knowledge of NEN 3140 and NEN 1010 standards or willingness to learn them
• Category B driving licence
