Pump and installation fitter

About the job

We are looking for a careful worker who sees a project through to the end and keeps safety in mind at all times. This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week. Work takes place in and around Groot-Ammers.

What you'll do

• Carry out assembly and repair work on (sewage) pumping stations and related installations
• Install pumps, pipelines and fittings
• Connect control systems (limited electrical work)
• Carry out demolition and groundwork
• Work on both mechanical and civil construction tasks
• Work together with a colleague on site
• Use a modern, fully equipped service van

What we ask

• Completed vocational education at VMBO level or equivalent (mechanical or related field preferred)
• VCA certificate (Dutch safety certificate for working on construction and industrial sites)
• Category B driving licence
• Dutch language skills
• Knowledge of electrotechnics is a plus

What we offer

• Salary from €18.00 to €22.17 gross per hour, depending on age, CAO (Dutch collective labour agreement) and experience
