Leak Detection Technician

**About the job**

The leak detection and reconstruction department is looking for an independent technician. You locate leaks reported by customers and fix them on the spot where possible. The department works on hidden leaks in underfloor heating and central heating systems, water supply pipes, sewage and drainage pipes, building structures, and flat roofs.

**What you'll do**

• Carry out leak detection at private customers and companies
• Write reports based on your findings and create work orders for other departments, such as drying and reconstruction
• Fix leak problems directly on site, for example by placing emergency plugs at the leak
• Advise on repairs and prepare repair estimates

**What we ask**

• MBO level 3 diploma (Dutch vocational qualification) in a technical field
• At least 2 years of work experience, for example as an installation fitter or bathroom fitter
• Experience with technical installations in residential buildings
• Good command of Dutch, spoken and written
• Comfortable working with a computer and work-related software
• Category B driving licence

• Gross monthly salary from €2,600 to €3,500 based on full-time hours, depending on knowledge and experience
