Industrial Bricklayer / Refractory Bricklayer

## About the job

The client is looking for a bricklayer to work on building and maintaining refractory industrial structures in heavy industry. You work at various industrial sites on a 5-shift schedule. If you have experience in bricklaying or construction and want to move into refractory work, internal training is available.

## What you'll do

• Lay and maintain large industrial steel and pig iron vessels (around 4 x 8 metres)
• Apply shotcrete (sprayed concrete) in various installations
• Carry out renovations, repairs and new construction projects
• Work across different industrial sites
• Work in a close team on a 5-shift schedule (with a shift allowance)
• Take part in an intensive 6-week onboarding programme with experienced colleagues

## What we ask

• Some experience in bricklaying, preferably in construction or industry
• At least an mbo-2 (Dutch vocational qualification, level 2) diploma
• Interest in technical work and a willingness to keep learning
• A proactive attitude and ability to work in a team
• Flexibility to work shifts
• A category B driving licence (category E is a plus)

• Gross salary of €2,900 to €3,900 per month, depending on experience
