About the job
As a control room operator, you manage the entire production process. There are real opportunities to grow, good employment conditions, and plenty of independence in your work. The production facility in Zwolle is large and modern, and you work with the latest technologies and processes.
What you'll do
- Control and monitor various production processes
- Spot and report opportunities to optimise
- Functionally lead operators on the shop floor
- Detect deviations and make corrections
- Handle and settle warehouse reservations
You will operate complex systems, including an automated high-bay warehouse, automated pallet vehicles (AGVs), and a MES (Manufacturing Execution System).
What we ask
- A completed MBO 3 or MBO 4 qualification (MBO is Dutch vocational secondary education, roughly equivalent to a level 3 or 4 vocational qualification)
- Proven experience working with complex processes; experience in the food industry is a plus
- Process-oriented thinking and the ability to make decisions
- Technical and analytical knowledge, including an understanding of how hardware and software work together
- Good social skills and communication skills in Dutch and English
What we offer
- Gross salary up to €4,300 per month, including a 5-shift system allowance
- 13th month pay
- 25 days of annual leave
